I am having problems getting the XML mail source to work properly. What can I do?

There are a number of things you may want to check:

• Make sure XML publishing is enabled in your Admin Console (you can also check your FileMaker setup first by going to http://[host]:16000/test)

• If you have a multiple machine setup of FileMaker Server, make sure to connect to the machine that is running the Web Publishing Engine when using XML

• Check whether the account that you are using to access the file has the correct XML privileges, and that the XML user account has access to the AutoSender fields

• Make sure all fields required for AutoSender are on the XML layout
