Hi folks,

our DACH customers use the PrinterSwitch plugin (on Windows computers) to change printers and one customer has just reported that print jobs which should print to tray "Großpapier" is not working & printing from the wrong tray. Everything else is working ok.

It seems to me that it is the non-ascii character in the tray name ("ß") which is causing the tray-selection to fail.

• Is this maybe a limitation of the plugin?
• and if that is the case could that be fixed?

I have considered that changing the system language to English (and / or possibly re-installing the printer driver in English) could possibly avoid the problem, ... but this is sadly not an option for the German users who need to have a German OS.

Thank you for any help you can provide!
