Print orientation in FM 10 overriding PrinterSwitch?

Hi myFMbutler,

In the Windows version of my database (on both Win 7 and XP), I'm almost consistently having troubles when specifying the Page Setup script step in that certain pages print Landscape when I want Portrait and print Portrait when I want Landscape. I now see that when I save the Print script without the "Perform with dialog" checkbox, FileMaker stores the print orientation to be Portrait or Landscape. (I see this in the DDR and printouts of script code). My question is, do any particular steps or plugin calls in the PrinterSwitch v2 product address this? If so, I'm missing how to do that so if you can provide just a little bit of illumination, it would be great!

Thanks,
Deni

Normally, if you use the PrSw_PrintSetup ( "reset" ) at the endof your printing scripts, the settings should be restored to what they were before. Can you test whether this is the case ?

    Hi Denis,

We have a beta update available at:
    http://myfmbutler.com/downloads/PrinterSwitchBeta_win_plugin.zip (plug-in only)
    http://myfmbutler.com/downloads/PrinterSwitchBeta_win_installer.zip (installer)
(version is still 2.0.1, but mod date is June 15th)

Can you check whether this solves the issue you reported?
