Is there a way to do something like this on Windows? If so, how?

tell application "Clip Manager 3"

SetClip (the clipboard)

end tell
tell application "Clip Manager 3"

GetClip
CopyFromClipContentsField

end tell

Thanks, Hal

    Hi Hal,
Clip Manager 4 includes a plug-in that we mainly use for communication between the Occurrence Selector and FileMaker.
There is one function - still undocumented in http://wiki.myfmbutler.com/index.php/Clip_Manager_4:Clip_Manager_Br... - that sends messages to Clip Manager.
For the moment this only results in a Growl message that contains the string you send, but let's say… we have further plans with that function..:-)
Of course it will not be as sofisticated as AppleScript, but it would allow for something like the above. Allthough we're still in the "protocol design phase", it looks like the function, when it will become somewhat more useful, will make it in the Windows version. But to be honest, we're still far away from the Windows beta.
