The Set button remains inactive

I have reinstalled Clip Manager onto the c: drive but I can only Get and cannot Set. I'm using FileMaker Pro Advanced 10.03v under Windows XP Professional SP3. Even the following simple one line script doesn't activate the Set button:

<Step id="6" name="Go to Layout" enable="True">
  <LayoutDestination value="SelectedLayout"/>
  <Layout id="1" name="test Clip Manager"/>
</Step>

Any ideas what could the matter?

   I'm also having that problem on an inconsistent basis ("inconsistent" seems to define most of my experience with Clipmanager on Windows)

   Also on XP SP 3, Filemaker 10.0.3

   I'm getting consistent 'doesn't work' behaviour from Clip Manager and Windows XP Professional SP3. I'll be interested to know, from your experience, which platform(s) it works with?

   Using FMP 11 on a mac running snow leopard and have the same issue......inactive "set" button
