I would like to test merging two files (databases) with this product. I need to copy tables from one file to another, as well as scripts and layouts. The documentation is sketchy enough that I don't see how to perform this task. It's surprising, as I was led to this product after doing a search for this specific need.

I simply don't see how to copy tables from one file to another and I have tried various ways of selecting tables, but with no success.

   Could the problem be that I'm running FileMaker Pro 11 and not FileMaker Pro 11 Advanced???

   Yes, indeed. You do require Advanced.
