ClipManager 4 doesn't handle activate event properly

If you run the following AppleScript (when ClipManager 4 is not running), ClipManager 4 does start up, but the main window does not open and after 2 minutes ClipManager 4 gets an apple event timeout and shows an error dialog.

Tell application "Clip Manager 4"
activate
end tell

Almost all other applications I've tried to open this way will open and display a default main window and not time out.

The issue will be fixed in the next release. Be aware that AppleScript is not fully implemented yet.
