It looks like you getting the mails via the XML engine. Could you check if the XML is still working correctly when the problem occurs?
We seen in the past that the XML engine or even the complete web engine of the FileMaker Server stops working randomly and if this happens, then AutoSender can't send anymore because it retrieves the mails via XML.
If the XML engine stopped working you can try to restart all the webserver with these command line commands. They need to be executed in the correct order.
fmsadmin stop WPE -y
fmsadmin stop httpserver -y
fmsadmin start httperver
fmsadmin start WPE
If that fixes the problem, then it's the XML engine fo the FileMaker Server that's having problem. You can work around by using xDBC instead of XML or try schedule a daily reboot for your FileMaker. So all the services get a fresh start everyday.
