Hello, Luk.

We are having some major issues getting Autosender 3 to work. I have posted twice on the support page now with no valuable response. The demo file doesn't even work, but it works fine on a server in the same rack running FM Server Advanced 10 and Autosender 2.

   Hi,

   Can you make sure you are selecting the correct protocol (>=FMS11). If that is not the problem, can you check whether the ODBC for FMS11 is indeed accepting connections.

   Try to "telnet [IP of your FileMaker Server] 2399" from Terminal (Mac) or from the command prompt (Windows) to see whether the connection isn't refused. You should get a message 'Connected to…'. If you don’t, then there is an issue with FMS accepting ODBC connections.

   Otherwise, please check the output of the AutoSender log file and send it to us.
